I understand that at peak times, the busses are full and people don't get off when you expect them to exit. I understand that it is a logistic issue and it is hard anticipate what people will do! I give you folks a lot of credit for dealing with crazy tourists who are not always rational people!”

“Our Vancouver BC tour was amazing! it was very well-organized, and we were able to see so much in one day without feeling rushed. The Capilano suspension bridge area was magical, everything was decorated for Christmas and felt like an enchanted forest. The Granville Island market was a lot of fun, we tasted many different foods, and the prices were very reasonable. Our guide Sarah did a great job and was very knowledgeable. “We had a great tour guide who made this excursion a lot of fun. He was very knowledgeable about the history of Quebec City. The falls were lovely and we had 50 minutes there to walk the paths and view the falls. If you want to climb the 400+ steps to the top, this wouldn’t have been enough time. If you wanted to gondola to the top and back, the lines were too long to have done it in this time frame. If those components are important to you, then this tour wouldn’t be the best match. But we very much enjoyed it.”
