Other than one supremely rude ticket taker at the beginning, every other person seemed to genuinely love their job and was so kind. Make sure to go to the ticket counter first and show them your voucher so they can give you your tickets. Also, the voucher doesn’t tell you, but they close the doors for boarding 2 minutes before your listed departure time so make sure you get there earlier. I don’t know what I was expecting but you will only have a small cordoned off section of the glacier to walk around.”
