“Overall, the trip was fine but I am disappointed in how they executed the itinerary for the day. We went on the 12:30pm trip which was the only one left available and had 4 stops. We toured the church, a copper museum, a chocolatier and the Montmorency Falls. During December, when we went, it gets dark around 4 pm. Our tour was 4 1/2 hours which means we would end after dark. The tour guide chose to make Montmorency Falls the last stop of the day even though we passed by the park 2 times on the tour prior to other stops. Why he chose to make it after dark…”

“This day trip was comfortable and convenient. The driver and guide were friendly and helpful and charming. I learned about lot about the region I’m not sure we would have been able to make it to Quebec City on our own any other way.”

“They never picked us up . I called and they said they were in the road and it was too late. They let me make it for the next week. I had t o book the hotel for an extra day and it cost me $00 because there was only one room left. I had to rebook my flight. I went on the trip the next week. The bus was old and dirty. The sears were cramped and I understand the guide because the speaker system was muffled.”

She looked after us all the time and the information provided was valuable to understand the whole history and the French influence in this part of North America as well, she spoke either English of French which in my opinion was extremely important!”

“We had a great tour guide who made this excursion a lot of fun. He was very knowledgeable about the history of Quebec City. The falls were lovely and we had 50 minutes there to walk the paths and view the falls. If you want to climb the 400+ steps to the top, this wouldn’t have been enough time. If you wanted to gondola to the top and back, the lines were too long to have done it in this time frame. If those components are important to you, then this tour wouldn’t be the best match. But we very much enjoyed it.”
