Despite my being 20 minutes late, he not only waited for me but came back to my hotel, then went back to the pick up site when he found out I’d already left. I was late because my pick up was supposed to be at 8:50 am and they picked us up at 8:20 am.”

“Our driver and guide was Clarkie, and we really loved every minute of the trip with him. Shannon Falls was gorgeous! There’s a main loop where you can take a picture with the falls, but there’s also a 99-step up to another viewing area. Gorgeous at both places! We then continued to the gondola portion of the trip, and though it was cloudy, there was still plenty to view and snap pictures of. The last leg of the trip was visiting Whistler. The whole ride up, Clarkie told us about the history of Whistler and the local history as we passed by other areas. Four hours in Whistler flew by…”

We couldn't do the whole trip we wanted due to Avalanche conditions, but the company refunded a portion of our money and the guide found ways to keep the trip a blast, AND we returned SAFELY. Several times the guide and company had to work through awkward situations/ problems and they did a great job of rolling with punches and finding alternate solutions. If you are adventurous or a competent sledder, would recommend Eric as a guide.”

“I am dropping this app. I bought the tickets through the app but still had to go to the ticket window to get "regular@ tickets. After standing in line to get on the gondola I still had to get in the ticket line then get back into the line to load onto the gondola. The vendor recognized that we prepaid but they did not accept the online ticket.”
