Tour mentioned 3 course meal and we only had one… they did not offer any alternative for the entry no either for the dessert and we are lactose intolerance and the service was rude and slow. “wonderful day spent in the Niagara area with different stops (winery, Niagara falls with lunch and boat tour, Niagara by the lake). The driver, Don, was very nice and friendly, same for the guide David, which gave us also a lot of information and history facts from the beginning of our ride in Toronto. Would recommend to do it and book the boat and lunch with the ticket to have a full experience and enjoy everything.”

“The tour guide “Joe” was engaging and informative. The three wineries showcased a variety of micro winery products around a wide geographic area. The negative was the stop at a brewer for lunch. First, it was only the second stop. Second, no tasting was included though we weren’t told until we left and asked the bartender. Third, we weren’t told until not seated with the tour group so we did t get to experience getting to engage with the others (everyone picked their separate tables). So, this was a total waste of time. I would suggest the “lunch stop” should be at a local winery and that the group be…”

“Our family had a wonderful day with Chris. He was fun, knowledgeable and thoughtful. My family is German-speaking and he used his translator to share information with them so that they could fully enjoy the experience. He shared history and culture of the area. When approaching each of the winery's, he had great information to share about winemaking, history of the winery, and gave tasting tips. He went above and beyond, checking in with every group along the way to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and learning something new.”

“The host and driver were great human beings - much appreciated. The structure/layout/itinerary of the trip needs to be re-evaluated. Tiny sips of wine first thing in the am wasn’t enticing. More of a waste of time. The information was cool to hear. The 2hours wasted on lunch with food that wasn’t tasteful was a waste, instead we could have been touring the falls on the boat. Lastly, it would have been more fun to traverse the road above where the Niagara boat ride is as it were several attractions and appetizing restaurants.”

“We had perfect weather for a biking experience. We had not used Ebikes before but they are very easy to use - and fun! Gareth explained everything very clearly before letting us loose. The bikes have SatNav which works reasonably well (there were a couple of points where we went astray, but it corrects you). We visited 3 vineyards and all the tastings were very good and interesting. The lunch was also good with a selection to choose from. It's a fairly long ride, took us 4 hours, but the Ebikes solved the hills without any issues. Really glad we did it.”
