Taste Victoria’s best Canadian classics on a 2.5-hour guided walk, with poutine, Nanaimo bar, maple syrup, and city history.

“I read great things about this tour so maybe I was expecting too much. However, it started at the first restaurant and the second one was next door, we were given some seafood and a dessert with a cup of tap water. Then we stood looking at plants for ten minutes before getting Hawaiian pizza with nothing to drink again. Apparently the next stop was over a mile away and by this time, I had decided it wouldn't be worth the walk. Disappointing”

The location and venue was perfect. The food was plentiful and delicious. Our guide Jason, was pleasant and helpful. The tour of the sugar operations was informative and very personal. We loved everything about our day. It was the highlight of our trip so far. We may even come back someday. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone.”

We enjoyed the old school European/Quebecois meal, the same one many locals come to this spot to eat. I would like to have heard directly from the family who runs the operation as well, but they clearly do a great job. It was also nice to see large local groups of senior citizens and those with disabilities welcomed.”
