It was an incredibly great group and Baz was super relaxed and explained the most important things and cooked tasty food. They were unbelievably beautiful days where you could enjoy nature. This JLC did not honor the previous company offered CAD $2129.84 with breakfast & meals, and demande us to pay $358 for our meals again! 2/ We booked with English speaking guide, but the guide speak bilingual which was OK with us, but he favor to spoke with Mandarin 3/4 of time, sometimes slipping the English part, and lot of info was missed. 3/ Guide has limited skills and techniques in handling unpleasant situations occurred during the trip. 4/ Trip was not relaxing, only times given ample time were the salesample time were at the sales”

“Viator booked us on a Chinese tour unbeknownst to us where we got no narration in English even though there were 8 English speaking travelers. When I asked I was told because 85% were Chinese. It was discouraging listening for 40 minutes of laughing and clapping. We sometimes got one sentence in English. We were pressured to buy the meal plan which I'm so glad we didn't. They stopped at Chinese restaurants for lunch and dinner every day. I tried to explain I have celiac but we were told we need to get fast food when we stopped if we didn't get the meal plan.
